After getting the run around in regards to a replacement Mercury outboard in Whangarei, I tried a few places in Auckland. Laura replied quickly and was super helpful. Had an engine ready for me in two days. So I purchased from them. Charlie was great with the replacement and adjustments. Helpful advice and excellent work. And they listed the old engine on trade me for the cost of trade me fees. It cost me a few hours of travel but that was time and money well used.
