The Mercury Marine 892984A01 Panel Mount Assembly is a genuine Mercury OEM Digital Throttle & Shift (DTS) remote control designed for single-engine installations. Featuring a premium chrome handle and panel-mount design, this control provides smooth, precise throttle and shift operation for Mercury DTS-equipped engines. The ergonomic handle incorporates integrated start/stop controls and a throttle-only button directly into the grip for convenient operation.
Designed for use with Mercury’s Digital Throttle & Shift system, the control eliminates traditional mechanical cables, providing exceptionally smooth shifting, precise throttle response and reduced helm effort. The assembly also includes a built-in emergency lanyard stop switch, lanyard cord and mounting hardware for a complete installation.
